Terry Barrett been in the field of Behavioral Health for over 35 years and is currently the President & CEO of Terry Barrett Consulting, LLC with focus on Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Operations Excellence. Terry recently served as the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Managed Care Contracting & Growth for Illinois’ largest Social Service Organization, Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. Terry directed and managed (2) Managed Care Organizations (UnitedHealthcare & Beacon Health Options (Humana)), Hospital Emergency Room Operations, Inpatient & Outpatient Psychiatric and Substance Abuse services and Outpatient Physician Practices. In addition, Terry is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in both Illinois & Wisconsin and a Certified Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC).
Gina Barrett, COO
Decisive, action oriented and result focused leader with extensive healthcare business process knowledge gained from over twenty years’ experience in leadership. Excel in coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Utilize leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a great sense of personal responsibility and ownership to meet and most often exceed goals. Offer outstanding talents with product management, project management, implementations, system builds, budget management, and customer relationships.
